 This interactive case shows the evolution of the supply chain of the different competitors of the personal computer industry and how they compete through it. The differential value provided by the multimedia case is that the evolution of the Supply Chain in the different competitors can be easily observed though animations. This interactivity helps not only to understand the evolution, but also show the impact in terms of costs, delivery time, inventory and obsolescence in a very fast-changing industry. These animations make this case a good tool for understanding change in a complex supply chains.
